Training
New-user training for Veil, the AI-assisted official-information disclosure workflow platform. The curriculum is regime-neutral: it serves both LGOIMA (local government) and OIA (central government) instances, with callouts wherever the regimes differ.
One shared foundation module, then a module per role. A new user completes the foundation module plus the module for their role; the Senior Reviewer and Final Approver modules assume the Reviewer module. Every UI label in the training material is verbatim from the product.

Foundation — How Veil Works
All new users · 45–60 minutes · no prerequisites. Regimes, grounds, detections, roles, formats, packages, and the safety essentials.

LGOIMA/OIA Leads (request managers) · 90 minutes · requires Module 00. Creating cases, uploading, workflow setup, deadlines, custom rules, release and close.

Reviewers · 60–75 minutes · requires Module 00. Working the queue, deciding detections, assigning grounds, signing off, and troubleshooting.

Senior Reviewers · 30–40 minutes · requires Modules 00 and 02. Second-pass review, requesting changes, and disclosure decisions.

Final Approvers · 30–40 minutes · requires Modules 00 and 02. Final sign-off, case attestation, and the export gate.
